Pork and rice, NEVER BEANS

Having just finished reading Speaker for the Dead, I think it's safe to say last week gave me plenty of helpful suggestions on what to read next. I've just got to figure out where to start...

Although it's probably going to be 50 Shades of Grey, for a future post/video.

Anyway, this week we're talking about our favourite recipes, and mine is pork and rice. Why? Because it's quick and awesome.

Ingredients-Pork, rice, soy sauce, black pepper, water. Amounts vary depending on how hungry you are.

Instructions:
1. Put the rice into the pre-boiled water (kettles are your friend) ,and rub pepper into the pork.
2. Dice up the pork then fry, pouring some soy sauce over the pork after a couple of minutes.
3. After 10 minutes (depending on the rice-you can use quick cook rice if you want, but that can get a little too rushed), check on the rice, give it a quick stir and take off the heat. Turn the heat down on the pork to the lowest temp.
4.Add some soy sauce to the plate/bowl then pour on the rice, mixing it in with the sauce. Take the pork off the heat, add to the rice, and boom! Instant awesome.

Not exactly Gordon Ramsey quality, but seriously, very tasty :D

Forgive the lacklustre  blog, my heads killing. Can't wait to hear you guys recipes :)
